
He has nearly fifty years of experience as an executive and healthcare consultant. Larry holds an MBA from Golden Gate University and an undergraduate degree in Accounting from San Jose State University. Larry has served on the Nevada Boards of the Healthcare Financial Management Association and the American College of Healthcare Executives. Larry has been a CFO of several hospitals and is the President and CEO of Professional Medical Consultants, Inc. for the past thirty years.
Rhonda has over twenty years of experience as an executive with extensive diversity, multi-cultural and international experience. She has been a nurse for over a decade. She graduated with honors and as Valedictorian from her nursing program at Kaplan College. Rhonda is a member of the Medical Group Management Association and actively working with HFMA, ACHE, MGMA and the Nevada Health Care Forum educational event. She has a demonstrated history of working in the hospital & health care industry, including performing charge auditing in the Revenue Cycle Department at UMC.

Dr. Jacobs received her medical degree from Loyola University Stritch School of Medicine after completing her undergraduate degree at University of Southern California in Los Angeles. She received her training in Internal Medicine at the University of California, Irvine Medical Center. She is a Diplomate of the American Board of Internal Medicine and has worked alongside her family serving the Las Vegas community for over three decades. She has taken on many leadership roles over the years, most recently as the CMO for a local large health plan prior to her current role as Associate Chief Medical Officer for Valley Health Systems.

Karla is the Regional Vice President of Universal Health Services (UHS). Karla oversees operations of the UHS facilities in the Las Vegas Valley (Centennial Hills, Henderson, Spring Valley, Summerlin and Valley Hospitals) as well as Desert View Hospital in Pahrump, Northern Nevada Medical Center in Sparks and Northern Nevada Sierra Medical Center in Reno. Karla began her career in 1983 in medical records at Valley Hospital. Over the 40 years since, she has assumed a wide variety of duties ranging from business development to overall hospital operations, including as CEO of Desert Springs and Spring Valley Hospitals.

Linn is the Senior Vice President for ScionHealth. Linn has more than thirty years of experience in healthcare, spending the past twenty years in healthcare executive roles and consulting with hospitals focusing on improving the patient experience. Linn serves as a member of the Nathan Adelson Hospice Board of Trustees. Linn received her Bachelor's Degree in Nursing Sciences from Arizona State University in Tempe, Arizona.

Kim is the Chief Financial Officer for Silver State ACO and is the Market Chief Financial Officer for Universal Health Services. Kim has worked in the Las Vegas community for almost 30 years, beginning her career as a Controller for a hospital in North Las Vegas. She now has a wide variety of responsibilities ranging from the traditional finance operations in healthcare, to providing leadership and oversight to non-traditional responsibilities including Laboratory operations and a multi-division Patient Transfer Center. Kim graduated from State University of New York, Utica with Bachelor of Science – Accounting.
